FanDuel Week 10 – Get It Before It’s Gone

Tuesday night I almost went into cardiac arrest when realizing that New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman determined FanDuel and DraftKings to be illegal gambling enterprises.  I’m not even going to delve into the question of whether daily fantasy is skill or not because, well you know, I got mad skills. I won again last week and that people…is called a winning streak.

For the time being we are allowed to “gamble” so lets get it.

QB – Kirk Cousins vs. Saints ($6,500) –  The putrid Saints secondary allows the most points to fantasy quarter this week. Kirk’s receivers couldn’t hold on to the ball last week in New England, but that will change at home.  *****

QB – Cam Newton @ Titans (8,200) Cam is coming off his best game of the year and is looking stronger than ever.  He should be a top 5 quarterback this week.

QB – Tom Brady @ Giants ($9,100) This is not the same Giants defense that made Tommy Boy cry in the Super Bowls.  Their pass rush is not good and Brady will take advantage of it.

Running Backs

RB – Deangelo Williams vs. Browns ($7,600) The only person I like more than Williams this week is Gurley who is $1,600 more.  Williams was moved from questionable to probable this week and is ready to show Cleveland (28th vs. rbs) what’s really good.

RB – Todd Gurley vs. Bears ($9,200) The best running back (in my opinion) at home vs. a Bears team that doesn’t tackle very well. Sign me up.

RB – James Starks vs. Lions ($6,000) Mike McCarthy has name Starks the starting running back for the Packers.  Last week he racked up 21.2 fantasy points against Carolina’s defense.

RB – Darren McFadden @ Buccaneers ($7,000) McFadden has taken over the role as lead back for the Cowboys and ran away with it.  His game log the past 3 weeks: 23.2 vs. NYG , 14.3 vs SEA , 12.7 vs PHI.  He is consistent and a shoe-in for double digits this week.

Wide Recievers

WR – Allen Robinson @ Ravens ($7,500) The Ravens cannot defend the long ball, and “A Rob” is a huge threat this week for their secondary. Allen Hurns is banged up or all my money would be on Hurns. I like Robinson as a top 10 receiver this week

WR – Julian Edelman @ Giants ($8,000) Edelman will fare well vs. the Giants and his price is very solid. TAKE HIM.

WR – Devante Adams/James Jones vs, Liona – ($5,800)/($5,700) – Someone is going off vs. Detroit this week. It MIGHT be Cobb ($7,700) but could just as easily be Aaron Rodgers’ second and third favorite targets. Their prices are legit.

WR – Odell Beckham Jr. vs. Patriots – ($8,800) You down with ODB? Yea you know me.

Tight Ends

TE – Tyler Eiffert vs. Texans – ($6,200) Not sure why Eiffert is priced so low, but he is coming off a three touchdown game! I love him this week.

TE- Greg Olsen @ Titans –  ($6,300) Greg has been scoring at a consistent rate and is Green Eggs With Cam’s favorite target. I expect at least one touchdown.

TE – Rob Gronkowski @ Giants ($8,000) – Guys….It’s GRONK.

TE- Jordan Reed vs. Saints ($5,800) – Very favorable matchup and a very fair price tag. He looks better and better the more I think about it.

Greg Zuerlein vs. Bears ($4,500) – I don’t explain kickers.

Packers vs. Lions ($4,900)

Steelers vs. Browns ($4,600)

Broncos vs. Chiefs ($5,200)

***** = Play of the Week

Also if you do big tourneys I love these receivers as fliers.

  1. Kamar Aiken vs. Jaguars ($5,400)
  2. Jamison Crowder vs. Saints ($5,600)
  3. Chris Givens vs. Jaguars ($4,500)

I’ll put out my team later.
